Realization of orders in this store is a disaster. I have been waiting for the ordered item for 5 months (unfortunately, this is not a joke). However, on the website where I ordered the product, there is an optimistic note "shipping: 2-4 weeks". Despite my numerous phone calls asking for information, I was given additional delivery dates, none of which were met.
