Domisad.pl

I have bought ten (10) small trees from puieti24.ro which is a selling vehicle in Romania for domisad.pl, I paid for entire order at the delivery/courier but surprise was that in the box were only four (4) small trees. I have mailed them proving photos and the situation but not answer for more than a month. Probably it took so much because they have no Romanian speaking employee , no contact phone in Romania only an email address on which somebody from Poland answers if and when she/he wants ... After several other emails they answered that they will cash back the difference in money/value but this was still not happened and there are more than two months since the order arrival... I will never buy from them or from another polish online seller due to the lack of protection the online buyer/consumer has.
