Paid for toy on October 30th. They didn't respond for 6 weeks. Ignored my request for a refund. Took 35 working days from payment to shipping. The received toy is a severe flop: tiny pieces of silicone are flaking off the top. Nick under the head and the surface of the toy has a ton of imperfections. It's hard to clean and unusable. Wrong color in one big spot and multiple smaller areas. Bad Wolf blamed me as the customer, refused to help in any way and were very unprofessional, if not insulting. Don't trust half the things they'll tell you. For example, they said I was the first to complain in 7 years. Then why treat me like this? Warning to potential buyers: ask for very detailed pictures before shipping and thoroughly check the toy in the bag before opening.
