The delivery arrived on time, but unfortunately, I received the wrong product. Instead of the C4 Extreme Pre-Workout I ordered, I was given C4 Original. I tried contacting the company several times via email to see if I could exchange the product, but received no response. Consequently, I had no choice but to use what I was given. To add to my dissatisfaction, the person who initially responded to my email offered to give me the price difference, but never followed through. I have been a loyal customer at your stores for almost two years, but this experience has left me disappointed.
