17th December I placed an order and payment was taken on the 19th. I waited a long time given the holiday season and New Year. After New Year, I received an email about the expected delivery date, but I never received that email. I responded to the email twice but received no reply. I searched for reviews of the store and discovered some negative feedback, which made me nervous, so I tried to call the store several times but no one answered. I sent an email requesting a refund, and at 11am, someone finally answered my call. They told me that my order would be shipped that day or the following day, which was the 20th of January. Unfortunately, the communication through email was terrible. It definitely needs to be improved because it's essential nowadays. Although I was able to connect over the phone, it's not enough.
