My first time shopping with DeniKomp was unsatisfactory in every aspect. I discovered an item that I wanted on ceneo.pl, and it was stated as available for immediate delivery in the exact color I desired. I made the purchase, paid for it, got an email confirmation, and waited patiently. After two days, I sent an email to the store, but no reply was received. I made several attempts to call them after four days, but it was impossible to reach them. Finally, after several tries, someone picked up the phone and explained that the product I ordered was out of stock, even though the website said otherwise. They offered me a black version of the product or a refund. I chose the latter, but my money took almost a week to be refunded, despite my daily reminders. In short, this store provides digital products but lacks updates on order statuses, and it was challenging to communicate with them. For future customers, if you plan to purchase anything from DeniKomp, make sure to call the store, verify everything three times, or else you may face the same problem as me!
