I ordered a book and paid for it on December 5th, 2016. However, as of January 6th, 2017, I have not received the book or a refund, despite several requests for either. During our correspondence, I asked the store for a shipping date multiple times, but only received a response once stating that it would be sent on Thursday or Friday. As this was before the holidays, I waited patiently. However, now that it is January, I still have not received the book or a response to my requests for a refund. I have the right to cancel the order according to distance selling regulations, as the book was available in a bookstore and was supposed to be delivered within a few days, yet I never received it. Unfortunately, the store is ignoring my requests, and I am forced to report the matter to the police. I encourage others who have been similarly cheated by this store to do the same, as many others have also been affected.
