If I could give this company O stars, I would happily do so. Not mentioned here is that this company also sells rubber stamps, stamp machines, etc., via its website, Stemple-automaty.com. I purchased a Metal date stamp from the brand "Wagraf". Unfortunately, they sent me a different item from another brand. I tried several times to contact them, but they refused to respond. As a result, I had to file a claim via PayPal to get my money and shipping costs refunded. As I expected, they responded immediately to PayPal and promised to reimburse me for the stamp and shipping costs as soon as they received the item I returned. They refused, however, to pay for the return shipping fee (which was €13,50). They should have paid for these return shipping costs because it was their fault that I had to return (and pay for the return of) the wrong item. I contacted them several times to request that they pay the return shipping costs and sent a PayPal payment request for €13.50. Of course, cowardly as they are, they didn't respond. Judging by the promptness of responding to PayPal and not communicating with their customers, this company clearly doesn't care about customer service. Probably they also never heard of basic politeness, common decency or any level of honesty and justice for their customers; they are evidently only concerned about themselves and their credibility towards PayPal (as they couldn't respond quickly enough when confronted with a claim via PayPal). I despise this kind of behaviour. I wouldn't recommend this company.
