Zawsze korzystałam z services of Livro, when ordering books, but this time I was disappointed. Aside from the fact that the books were supposed to arrive in 1-2 days, but they actually arrived after 3 days, one of the 13 items I ordered was defective. The book had blurry ink on certain pages and a torn/broken spine. I sent the book back for a complaint on March 13th and have already sent two emails requesting an update on the status of my case, but I haven't received any response. It's important to mention that I'm writing this review on April 24th.
