Unrecommended shopping at this store. If you want to order goods, receive them on time, and in case of problems, contact them by phone or email and receive help in solving the problem, DO NOT order from the MALL store! The goods that I ordered (thankfully on delivery!) were supposed to be received two weeks ago. The package was finally sent, but there was a shipping data error. The goods have been lying in DHL warehouses for a week. I have already written several emails about my case - I have NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE RESPONSE!!! You cannot even reach their hotline!! It's a scandal that no one even replies to the email. This is not how we treat customers. They have just lost PLN 2000 and it cost me two weeks of my nerves.
