I do not suggest going to this store. Is this how they treat their customers? I placed an order and expected to receive a gift card (50 zl for every 500 zl spent), but did not. It took almost three weeks to figure out why. At first, they said someone had created an incident, but then they kept ignoring it. Each time I had to contact customer support, I had to wait on hold for 10-15 minutes. They only contacted me after I sent an email with the subject "Complaint." Their message was that I couldn't use the newsletter promo code because the item was already on promotion. Using the promo code meant that other promotions were no longer valid. I find it unjust that they didn't give me the better promotion to make me satisfied. But I am most shocked about how the shop communicates with their customers- wasting time and ignoring them!
