The shop promised that I would receive my parcel on September 11th, 2017. However, I still haven't received any information about when it will arrive. The tracking system is not helping since it has not been updated for a long time. I tried to contact customer service but had to wait in line for an hour, and when I finally got through, no one could tell me where my parcel was or when it was going to arrive. It seems like they have only one person working the phone lines. Their system is very poor, and I would never recommend using their service if you don't want to spend all day at home waiting for your parcel.
