We ordered a Home Cinema and Club Card Pix on Friday, September 26, 2014. The status has been "Partly Dispatched" since then, which means that it has only been partially packed. This is because we ordered it from IRL. Does anyone understand what is going on? We chose express delivery (24-48 hours). Should we contact them? Has anyone else had a similar situation? We have ordered many things before without any problem, but something is not right now. After we placed the order and paid for it, the Home Cinema product was changed to "Not Available". We feel that if anything goes wrong, this will be our last purchase from Pixmania.
