Fifteen days ago, I placed an order that was immediately paid for, but it still has not arrived. Due to a two-day lack of response from the company and the mistake of the courier company, the order was returned to the sender. Despite my immediate email and phone response, I was informed that the order could not be sent to me again because the product was no longer in stock and the package was sent to the warehouse. After several more emails and calls, I was told that my refund had been processed. It has been four days since then, and I have not received either my package or the refund, nor have I received any updates. The fact that it is now the weekend means that nothing will change for another two days. It is a scandal that I do not recommend this company to anyone.
