The shop's customer service is extremely poor. They are unable to speak English, making it impossible for English-speaking individuals to communicate with them. The delivery was delayed by 4 days, and the flowers arrived completely dead. What's even worse is that they didn't offer any apologies or excuses for the inconvenience caused. I strongly advise against using Rozany Express.
